A three-house subdivision, each three storeys high, carefully designed to optimise the site for the maximum number of units without sacrificing comfort or privacy. The layout ensures all rooms have direct connections to the outdoors, with natural ventilation to keep the homes cool and well-lit interiors, while maintaining privacy between each unit. Each house is clad in a combination of standing seam metal and vertical weatherboards, creating a refined and cohesive exterior expression.
