An existing warehouse that requires a long span canopy to extend its use to the outdoor. Providing cover during all seasons makes practical sense. The absence of fire sprinkler is the clever part of the design, while still maintaining the operation of the business the same.

The steel portals are simple yet create a strong architectural rhythm and presence. The walls are clad in long-run profiled metal, while the exposed canopy steel structure incorporates a mix of metal and translucent roofing, allowing natural light to permeate the interior.
