Fully continuous and uninterrupted external insulation, extending from the foundation to the roof, combined with Starke PVC double-glazed windows and doors, ensures strong environmental separation.

A centralised ventilation system maintains balanced air pressure and controlled air exchange at optimum performance levels.

The roof, wall, and floor framing systems are prefabricated to improve build quality and construction efficiency. These components are delivered to site and get assembled. The brick veneer, Abodo timber cladding, and asphalt shingles are installed on site, resulting in time savings and improved overall quality.
